About us
artisan&vine is a wine bar and shop that seeks to bring you as close to the full, natural flavours produced by the artisan and the vine as possible. We do this by serving wine that is either naturally or locally produced and food that is sourced from within 100miles of London. In addition to our relaxed late license bar and delicious food menu, we also have an off-license shop where we sell all of our wines and delicatessen foods. We host a variety of wine tasting events, degustation evenings and vineyard day trips, all designed to showcase the absolute best in hyper-flavour natural produce. Whenever we're open, we'll have a 'flight' of three sample wines available for you to discover - allowing you to try something new, without committing to a bottle.
We hope to see you at artisan&vine soon. We’re excited to show you what wine tastes like when it's not sedated by added flavouring or yeasts; when you can taste the character of different soils, climates, and the winemakers’ personal attention to the juices of different grape varieties. We’d like to share how wine tastes when it’s delivered to you from vines growing only two hours away. We’d like to serve you meats from England’s indigenous breeds - now rare and raised within free-range farms. We’d like you to taste artisan bread made without any preservatives; it will be stale by tomorrow, though you wouldn’t be able to resist it that long anyway!
