Artisan & Vine opened in July 2008 and was soon ranked within the Top Ten Wine Bars in London. In 2010 Artisan & Vine won the International Wine Challenge Award for Small Independent Merchant of the Year. In 2011 we have been shortlisted for Best Bar at the London Lifestyle Awards; Innovative Wine Merchant of the Year with Decanter Wine Awards; and for the second year running, Small Independent Merchant and English Wine Specialist with International Wine Challenge. Artisan & Vine has been positively reviewed in The Times, The Guardian, New York Times, Time Out, and various other publications and blogs.
Artisan & Vine specialises in Local and Natural wines. We are London’s first wine bar and shop to specialise in Natural wines, as noted in Time Out’s 2010 Eating and Drinking Guide. We are also proud to stock London’s best range of local English wines. Primarily, we are interested in showcasing wines that have a strong Sense of Place.
Our daily changing seasonal food menu is aligned with our approach to wines. Flavours are raw, authentic, thoughtful.
