Privacy & Security 

Any personal information you give to us will always be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the personal information you provide to deliver the services you have requested, or for our lawful, disclosed purposes. We will not make your personal details available outside our organisation without your consent, unless obliged by law.

Returns & Replacements 
 
If, within 7 days, you wish to return any product we will be happy to refund or exchange the products provided the product and the packaging are in mint condition for resale. Goods must be returned at your own expense. Wines can be returned via a courier or to the artisan&vine wine bar and shop at 126 St John's Hill, London SW11 1SL, Tel: 020 7228 4997.

Payment 
 
Payment is conducted exclusively via PayPal online. 

Availability

All wines are sold subject to availability. The seller (Dionysus Bar Ltd trading as artisan&vine and artisan and vine online store) remains the right to cancel an order at any time. In  the event of cancellation by artisan&vine you will be refunded in full. This payment will be made via paypal.

 Damaged or Missing Goods

 

Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. Any damaged or missing items MUST be noted on the delivery slip provided by City Link couriers. We will arrange collection of any damaged or incorrect items and organise replacements.

Delivery

UK (Mainland) deliveries are undertaken by City Link.  The following delivery rates do not include delivery within excluded zones listed below.

We are pleased to provide delivery for orders over £70 (including VAT) free of charge. For orders under £70 (including VAT) within the UK Mainland, delivery charges are: £8.00 per delivery.

Regrettablly we are not currently able to deliver to the following UK (non-mainland) locations, these constitute the excluded zones:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Isle of Wight
  • Shetland and Orkney Island

Collection from artisan&vine wine bar and shop

In the case of collection from artisan&vine wine bar and shop no delivery charge applies.  Collection MUST be made within 7 days of placing the order. Collection may only be made upon production of full invoice as received via email from paypal. Collection may only take place within artisan&vine wine bar and shop opening hours: 5pm-10pm weekdays, 12 noon-10pm Weekends.

Receipt of shipment

Orders received by 1pm will be despatched the following working day.  Standard delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days provided that the item(s) is in stock.

Actual time of delivery is based upon 9am-5.30pm.

If (due to high demand) a particular wine is becomes 'out of stock' and cannot be despatched within 1 working day, artisan&vine will contact you and inform you of the situation. In these rare cases we will advise you of the delivery time frame we can meet, or recommend an alternative wine or refund your payment if you do not want to proceed with the order.

PLEASE NOTE: If a request is made for wine to be left unattended we cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing or is damaged after the courier has delivered it.
