White Wines
White wines are made by fermenting grape juice without prolonged grape skin contact. The flavours inherent in the grape juice are free to express themselves and I continue to be surprised by the incredible range of flavours and body that white wines can display. Try one of our oily rieslings or a creamy ondenc or a super fresh vermentino to experience the differences.
