So often dismissed as a fun play wine, here is your opportunity to discover how elegant a rose can be.  Leaving black grapes in contact with their skins for only a short period can be enough to extract some beautiful flavour and complexity from the grape skins for a subtle but uplifting drinking experience.  Be prepared for some class consumption.
