This exciting new offering from our friends at Bolney Wine Estate won Silver Medal and Best In Class at the International Wine and Spirits Competition. Beautiful salmon colour, delicate & fresh on the palate. A wonderful strawberries and cream character, with indulgent hints of vanilla. Excellent on it‟s own or with soft cheeses or desserts. A delightfully lingering finish. This wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months on the lees prior to disgorgement and has residual sugar of 12g/l, putting it in the middle of the Brut category. Ideal with Hors 'oeuvres and Starters, wonderful with Fish and most red berry fruit puddings.
